Provide the means by which leaders (both adults and teens) grow toward spiritual
maturity. (Hebrews 10:24-25; Colossians 1:28-29)

habit of doing, but let us encourage one another... and all the more as
you see the Day approaching."

Exalt:
Provide for youth and leaders an atmosphere to worship our awesome God in
spirit and truth. (John 4:23-24)

worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers
the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in
spirit and in truth." |
Encourage:
Demonstrate the compassion of Christ by seeking to meet the spiritual, physical,
and emotional needs of ALL people through prayer and loving hands. (Galatians
6:9-10)
"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will
reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity,
let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family
